all sales are final so be certain of your choice before you purchase
items are posted within 3 working days of purchase

we use Royal mail
we have various options for shipping so you can choose according to your preference
we only offer credit notes on LOST items if you chose the RECORDED shipping option. We need to able to trace any lost parcels to authenticate any lost parcel claims.
Credit note policy: fThe customer Pays returned shipping cost. When item is Received back the customer will be contacted with an exclusive PROMOCODE which they can use as their credit note against their next purchase. Freedom of Ztyle does not refund monies paid for any item so be certain of your purchase!
we recommend DRY-CLEAN for ALL items sold on the website. Freedom of Ztyle cannot be liable for items damaged in any form of wash.
Natural flaws may occur in items sold. We use recycled and vintage materials which may already have small character flaws. These add to the overall image of the product and cannot be cause for return / credit notes
all items are one of a kind / unique and so there are no variety in sizes or same item to order twice. The new owner have exclusivity on their purchased items.
